Jacob’s Easter Brew is a bottom fermentation, light and golden Easter Brew at 5.7%, brewed on Pilsener mash and Munich mash.Two sorts of hob have been used in order to create a balance between bitterness and aroma. The best sort of beer for your Easter meal.

 

Jacob’s Porter is a top fermentation, dark porter at 6.2%. It has been brewed on three different kinds of mash. Syrup and two kinds of hob have been added, which is creating the caracteristic taste expected from this kind of porter. 

 

Jacobs Jule Ale 2009 is a new product in the Jacobs series. It is something unique, since each bottle shows the year it was brewed and carries its own specific number. Jule Ale is an over fermented, dark Christmas Ale of 6.5 %, brewed on lager mash. Two types of hops have been used, one creating a certain bitterness and the other the very exquisite taste. Orange peel and a very fine treacle named Cane Molasses have been added, giving the beer a fine harmony. 

Jacobs Classic is a dark, bottom fermentation, strong beer of 7.4 %, brewed on lager mash and special mash. It is a powerful, dark and strong beer with a taste of caramel.

 

Jacobs Rug (Rye) is a light, bottom fermentation lager of 4.7 %, brewed on lager mash and prime rye mash, giving it a special and fresh taste. 

 

Jacobs Mørk Hvede (wheat) is a dark, top fermentation wheat beer of 7.4 %, brewed on wheat mash and lager mash, softened with a pleasant bitterness.

 

Jacobs Lys Hvede (wheat) is a light top fermentation wheat beer of 4.8 %, brewed on wheat mash, lager mash and rye mash, giving it a fresh taste.

 

Jacobs Speciel is a dark, bottom fermentation, Classic type of beer of 4.7 %, brewed on lager mash and caramel mash, giving it a soft and rounded taste.

 

Jacobs Ale is a dark, top fermentation ale of 5.7 %, brewed on lager mash and special mash. Two types of hob have been used, creating a fine balance between sweetness and fullness.

 

Jacobs Julebryg (Christmas beer) is a dark, bottom fermentation Christmas beer of 7.4 %, brewed on lager mash, Munich mash and special mash. Two types of hob have been used, giving it a very fine taste. A very fine Christmas beer.
 

Jacob’s Chili
is a top fermentation, dark ale of 6.5%, brewed on Pilsener mash. Two types of hob have been used in order to create a certain bitterness and aroma, and natural chili has been added lending it a certain sharpness - and finally is is made round by a full type of syrup.

 

Jacob’s Summer Beer
is a bottom fermenta-tion Pilsener beer of 4.6%. It has been brewed on Pilsener mash and Perl hob. Lemon concentrate and aroma has been added giving the beer a certain fresness and it is at its best when cool.
